Windows, Doors, Siding & More Done Right with Pride

“David has been our go-to contractor for the last three years. Our first project was a leak that we had in our sunroom. Finding the source of the leak is tricky and David was upfront about it when we asked for a quote. He kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to explain to us what he observed and what the solutions are. He would provide different solutions so we can make decision based on our budget. One thing that really stands out is we never worry about when things will be done or finished because he always kept us informed on the progress and what dates he will be here. We are currently having a big siding project, and although the job itself is too big for David's crew, I still reach out to him to consult on the quotes and the work since we trust David in his professional opinion. It is great to have a contractor who we can trust and reach out to whenever we need help with our home maintenance.”

“I was referred to David at City Dwellers General Contracting LLC by some friends I've known for many years, and I'm so glad they recommended him! City Dwellers recently completed repainting my condo in Daly City in preparation for putting it on the market, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I worked directly with David, and he was wonderful to work with, thorough, patient, fairly priced, and attentive to all the little details. He asked great questions, took the time to make sure everything was done right, and added some extra touches that really made a difference. Thank you, David and City Dwellers, for making the whole process such a positive experience. I highly recommend City Dwellers for your general contracting needs!”

“David and team were great! They came over and got a few projects done the same day with high quality, solid communications, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks!”

“We hired David to replace an exterior door to our house that had rot on it. He got everything done in a day and even gave me tips on how to keep the door from rotting in the future. We live near the ocean which is harsh on the wood and David has experience with this. He is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. 5/5 would hire David again.”

“David is awesome! In late 2015 I had some unfinished work to take care of in a downstairs room, the problem was bigger than expected, and two years later I ended up with two new bathrooms, a fully remodeled downstairs apartment, a new fence and a new deck! David's work is excellent, and his prices are reasonable. Most of all, I ended up selling my home earlier this year, and he was instrumental in helping me prepare it for sale. There had been a lot of deferred maintenance over the years, but my house sold significantly above asking price, thanks in part to David's work and attention to detail.”

“David has been great to work with! He responds quickly, is extremely fair, and does quality work. He replaced the siding on my house when I first moved in and has done a variety of small projects since. For every project he's quick to respond and come by to take a look. I'd highly recommend David.”

“David is a star!! I had a fence blow down but some of it was propped up with a bush and dangerous to my doggie. I called David and he found time to come over within an hour, and cut the fence apart, so we could move it. We then quickly put up some wire fencing to keep the dog out of the neighbors yard. All this is blasting wind and rain. Conditions were so awful, that by the end of this, we were drenched and giggling. Thanks so much, David.”

“I am very pleased with the remodeling that David did on my Condominium in San Francisco. It was a full remodel of ~718sqft Condo completely redoing Kitchen, Bathroom and reconfiguring the bedroom/closet space. Electrical and plumbing was also updated and fully brought up to code by subcontractors that David brought onto the job. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He showed good patience dealing with the HOA and inspectors and all the strict rules that my HOA had about remodeling. He has a great eye for detail, and caught issues that my separately hired Painting and Hardwood Flooring contractors had missed. Though it took a bit longer than I would have liked to complete the job, I am very happy with the end results.”
